To login, first make sure that you can access Crane through either the web or mobile. Refer to our How to access Crane on Web or Mobile page for more help.

Once you have accessed Crane, you will be asked for your user name (generally your email) and password on the login page. Type your user name and password, lick on ‘Next’, and you are read to go!

If you are logging in for the first time, we will also ask you to read and accept the terms and condition upon clicking ‘Continue’.
