Form Transmittals

When you click on any of the items in the Inbox or the Sentbox, you will see the transmittal page that serves as a record of the transaction. The transmittal page has information on the sender, the receivers, the date on which the form was sent, the attachments and the exact form information that was transmitted. This is in order for all parties to be able to identify the information that was exchanged.
